The academic incentive regulation has been changed within the framework of The Council of Higher Education. Accordingly, the congress e-book will consist of full texts,instead of the summary.
Full texts will be published on the congress proceedings by Şişli Vocational School and will be presented to the authors during the congress. The full texts will be optionally published as a book section and presented to the authors.
